NEVER LOOK BACK

Christina, Never Look Back
by: Zivana Cano

Have you ever wish somethings never happened? or do you want to stop looking into the past and forget it all?, Well Christina Renee Donnal, a 17 year old amateur poem writter from the U.S encourages her young audiance to let go all those bad memories. In this short poem Christina expresses her feelings after having a fight with her boyfriend.

"Never look back at your past,
The past is the past,
and nothing at last,
Look into the future,
for what you might see,
is you and me forever."

Christina hasn't told readers how to feel when they read the poem, as a result, each reader will discover hidden feelings by the end of the poem. Even though the poem was written in a sad and lonely mood, it can be interpreted in many moods. I think the poem expresses the author melancholy after her fight with her boyfriend, also it is understood she regrets actions made in the past.

"The past is the past, and nothing at last..."  It means the damage is already done and theres no turning back, So you cant take it in two ways, Forget it and let go or deal and live with it. When i imagine that scene i can see me in some problems i had in the past which i decided the first way that was forget it and let it go.

TERRI NICOLE FOREVER

TERRI NICOLE FOREVERby: Adriana Bejarano

"Forever we remain oblivious to the future,
lost to the past and enduring our torture.
Forever we take chances to settle our scores,
losing some battles and winning some wars.
Forever praying out loud hoping someone will hear,
forever crying softly but never shedding a tear.
Forever exists behind a disguise,
but the belief in forever keeps our hearts alive."

It is not easy to write about freedom and a life full of adrenaline when you are part of a important team like the US army. Terri Nicole Tharringtong is a US amateur poem writer since the age of 14, and plans to focus on her literature career.

One of her works wich is at the top of the page talks more than just how you feel, she indirectically tells her feelings to her general audience. .As a result, each reader will discover their own feelings as they analyze each sentence of the poem. "forever" encourages the audience to make consious of how valuable is the everyday and what you decide to do daily.

i think the poem was written to interpret in a personal way, because it has inspired me to think twice about my actions and, in some way, build a good personality, treat pleople well and care about how much we enjoy life.

"forever we take chances to settle our scores..." when i imagine this scene, i can see people like me setteling their dreams as goals with an end that may be the simplest but the most significant thing at the time. This poem shows that Terri Nicole has uses her daily life thoughts to write the inspiring sentences the poem contains.
